NM（ニアミント） ＝未使用に近い盤：キズ・汚れなどの無い美盤ジャケットや帯など：キズ・汚れなどの無い美品
EX+（エクセレントプラス）＝目立った傷や汚れなし盤：保存状態良好ごくわずかなキズ、もしくはうっすらと浅いヘアラインなどあるが再生に問題なしジャケットや帯など：わずかなダメージ
EX（エクセレント）＝目立った傷や汚れなし一般的なレコードのコンディション盤：浅めの複数のキズやスラッシュ。再生はおそらく概ね問題なし。ジャケットや帯など：多少のキズや変色などあり。
EX-（エクセレントマイナス）＝やや傷や汚れあり盤：少しキズなどが目立つレコード複数のキズやスラッシュなど。再生にはわずかなノイズや音飛びの可能性あり。ジャケットや帯など：キズや変色などあり。
G （グッド）＝傷や汚れあり   盤：キズ、汚れ、ダメージ。ノイズや音飛び。ジャケットや帯など：ダメージや変色がかなりみられる。
P（プア）＝全体的に状態が悪い盤：かなりのダメージジャケット・帯など：かなりのダメージ
