Terms of Sale and Return Policy When you purchase something from SBC Gadgets, we want you to be completely satisfied. A 14-day warranty is included with 99% of our products to protect our customers. Because we sell new, used, and refurbished items we have different return policies for each product type as stated below (see product page for details): 14 day return policy Products with a 14 day return policy (see product page for details) You may return your item up to 14 days from the date of invoice. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted. All sales on software items are final. General return policy info All sales on software items are final. Shipping and handling will not be refunded under any circumstances. All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee after the the return policy expired All returnable merchandise requires an RMA number. All RMA requests need to be in writing by Email.
